Hesham Diab currently runs a family business in Egypt and the UAE. Our customers are process companies active in oil, gas, petrochemical and fertilizer industries. Our core product is value added integrated solutions focusing on process optimization, which is developed through partnering with state-of-the-art technology and solution providers worldwide.

Hesham holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, a master’s degree in management and is currently working on his dissertation towards a doctorate degree at the University of Liverpool. Alongside his certifications in coaching which consist of a Strengths Strategy Coach Certification (SSCC), Certified People Acuity Coach (CPAC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and hold a position of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
